Bought 2 Pair - Each Broke in 2 Months January 28, 2010 J. McGann (New York, NY United States) They stop working - the cord near the plug breaks and sound stops. Returned the first pair and they replaced. Going to return the second. VERY bad quality.
better than bose or anything out there January 25, 2010 Jonathan Clark I was willing to spend any amount of money for good pair of ear buds that would stay on my head and at the same time be crisp and clear. This is the only paid that worked for me. I tried a few different models, I even own the a pair of expense Bose headphones that now just sit in a drawer. This, combined with my iPhone, makes traveling or commuting a breeze.

I purchased the iP-HS2 earbuds for travel to use with my iPod, as I read that they do a good job of isolating from noise. However, I never got a chance to try. I have gone through two pairs, and both failed. The first lasted nearly 2 months, and then one day the right side bud stopped working. I got them replaced, and the second pair, sitting in front of me now, lasted about 1 hour. This time it was the left side.
It is too bad. While they worked I liked them very much. They insulate well, they sound great, they even look great. But if they won't work, what good are they.
I am told that my experience is unusual, and I have an option to get another "free" replacement (costs me return shipping). Once bitten, twice shy.

I was looking for a nice replacement (in ear style) to the stock headphones that came with my Iphone and these seemed like the best bang for your dollar out there. They are pretty much what I was looking for. The sound is great and they cancel out most other noises (great for an airplane. Although I do have 2 complaints:
1. I wish they had a larger size attachment because the large is just slightly too small for me (I have large ears, but it is nice that it came with 3 sizes - probably good for most).
2. My headphones shorted out on the right side(Admittedly though I have been pretty rough with how I take care of these - usually crumbled up in my front pocket). But their customer service (josh I believe) was so good when I called. They told me to take a photo with the earbud cut so they could see they where no longer usable and that they would send me a new set. I told him I was still using them for the one working side and he told me no problem just send the photo after you get the new set. 2 days later they arrived and I sent them the photo. All is good.
I would definitely recommend these or any of their products based on their customer service alone.
