I was happy with the book that I ordered. The thing that got me was that it showed the entire amount I needed were available, but there was a limit placed on the amount that I could buy. This meant that I had to go to other vendors to complete the purchase for my group. I will look at that first next time and probably choose to use a vendor who can complete my order amount and not buy from this vendor in those instances.

I really wish I had read the reviews before buying this book. As others have noted, in order to take the assessment online, you need a unique access code that each book is supplied with. Even though my used copy came with this access code, it can only be used once. Grrrr... I'm sure this is a great assessment and book, but it's completely useless if you can't access it.

I didn't make it through the whole book because about 25 pages in I discovered you need the "code" in the back of the book to take the "Strengths Test" online. This code is only good for one user, and is revealed by scratch off. Since I bought the book used, someone had already used the code. I felt I would not get the whole experience from the book, and gave up on it. Sad!

Strengths Finder is particularly helpful for people in transition who need to understand themselves better. It is also helpful for those who are not in the flow of what comes easy to them. As thinking is a core performance indicator, I recommend this program in conjunction with the Optimal Thinking Online Assessment and the Optimal Thinking: How to Be Your Best Self book.

You will need access code to access StrenghtsFinder 2.0 test, which comes with book and must be used exclusively by one person.
If you buy a real new book, the access code you receive is most likely "INVALID"
Don't waste your time and shipping fee. Just buy a new one.
